We apologize if our policy on taking order information is an inconvenience, however we have a small staff and due to the heavy volume of calls and incorrect or insufficient information being provided, as well as non payers, we are now forced to institute this policy concerning factory parts/motor orders:
Please provide all of the requested information when placing orders through our website parts request form so that we may expedite your order. This is the only way we can & will provide parts to you. Please allow up to one week for a response. It sometimes takes a day or so to get new & used part availabilty in Japan. We can get within 7-10 days if you need it right away. However expess out of Japan is pretty expensive. Typically we have orders that we recieve 2-3 weeks that we fill, till we get a 30kg box filled. We will do our best to get you what you need but please be patient & considerate of our time & efforts. We try keep most consumable parts on the shelf everyday.

however we will try & support others as well.
WE DO NOT TAKE PHONE CALLS FOR New & Used OEM PARTS !!!!
You must fill out the provided form completely if you need a factory, OEM new or used part (no exceptions)

At SuperMiniTrucks.com. we seek to provide the best service possible for our customers. In order to do this we are processing all orders in this fashion. The order of priority will be as follows;
- By date submitted, with ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION on the order request form ACCURATELY completed
- Our Dealers & Existing customers come first
- If we have in stock or must order a part for you, after notifying you of the availability & the price , payment including shipping & handleing charges must be
paid in advance. (No Exceptions)
